Starting a conversation with your kid about tobacco/vaping, marijuana, alcohol or other drugs is important, and can be difficult! That’s why the Family Resource Center and a Prevention Specialist from Deschutes County Health Services have teamed up to lead 2-hour workshops, as a chance for parents to connect with each other while gaining information, resources and skills to start conversations about substances with their kids. These free sessions are being offered in English and Spanish throughout January 2020, and spots are still available! More information and registration can be found here.
